Strength & Agility Training:
We are incorporating specialized strength and agility training into our practices in addition to our regular practices. We have partnered with Vern Williams at Top Notch Training Facility, located at The Map. We are so excited about adding this to our training program. You can do this on your own or with a group of friends! Our teams will be doing this TOGETHER! Here are just a few of the benefits your athlete will gain:
